Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from the diamond of sake rice, the fantastic “Aiyama” sake rice, luxuriously polished to 35%. It has a gorgeous aroma and sweet aftertaste typical of Aiyama. It has a rich mouthfeel that can only be achieved with sake in its unprocessed sake. Unprocessed sake by using Aiyama is rare and few in the world.
