This is the farm of origin of the Nanko-ume, the highest variety of plum. Challenging organic farming methods, the highest quality pickled plums are served at high-end onigiri restaurants in Japan and abroad. Umeshu (plum wine) made from these plums is highly recommended!
Koshitsukano sake brewery
Koshitsukano Sake Brewery was established in 1781 and has been brewing sake for about 240 years. The brewery is characterized by the use of its own Tsukano yeast to make sake, while most breweries use No.7 or No.9 yeast, which are suitable for ginjo and regular brewing due to their gorgeous aroma.
