Takada Orchard manufacture plum wine using organically grown plums that have passed strict screening and have "organic JAS standards". Takada's plum wine is produced only with Nanko-Ume, brandy, and crystal sugar.

The brandy used is from a long-established sake brewing company with a 100-year tradition in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and has been aged for three years.

By using crystal sugar, it can be pickled while slowly penetrating, so you can bring out the original taste of plums without impairing the flavor.

The highest quality plum wine that has been aged for 10 years using only the highest quality ingredients without adding any unnecessary ingredients is "Takada no Umeshu".

The recommended way to drink it is straight or on the rock.

It can bring out the original taste of plum wine to the maximum.
